Are the charms available in different finishes?
Charms are currently only available in silver. We plan to launch gold charms in the near future.
How many charms can fit on a bracelet?
We recommend wearing up to 6 charms at a time with ample space between each charm to avoid the charms from rubbing and causing damage. However, it is totally up to you.
How can I find out when an out-of-stock item will be back in stock?
We also suggest that you sign up for our newsletter to receive emails about the latest discount, promotions, and back-in-stock announcements.
Can I make adjustments to my order once it has been placed?
At this time, we are not able to make any changes to an order after it is placed. However, we can cancel the order and issue a refund for you to replace with your edits if the order has not been released to our warehouse yet. Email us info@lifesetters.com with your order # and request.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $25. The order total must reach the minimum amount after any applied promotions to be eligible.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an confirmation email once the order is placed. Once the order ships you will receive an email with UPS tracking information.Please check your junk folder if these emails are not received. Reach out to info@lifesetters.com to request an email resend.
